Welcome to The Dog Play Park a secure off-lead dog play park located in Cheshire & Staffordshire.

Our Insurance

We are insured by Pet Business Insurance. The Dog Play Park holds Public Liability Insurance, providing protection in the unlikely event of an incident on the premises. While we take every precaution to maintain a safe environment, pet owners are responsible for supervising their dogs and ensuring compliance with park guidelines.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the park, including all rules and responsibilities while on the premises.

By booking a session and entering the park, you agree to the following conditions.

1. General Park Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the park grounds.

  • Dogs Must Be Supervised: Owners must always keep their dogs under control. Aggressive behaviour towards other dogs or owners is not allowed. If a dog displays aggression, it must be placed back on a lead, and the session may be terminated early.

  • Clean Up After Your Dog: All visitors must clean up after their dogs. Waste bags and bins are provided throughout the park for your convenience.

  • Clean Up After Yourself: Please don’t leave littler within the dog play area, this could cause harm or injury to other animals.

  • Gate Security: The gates must remain closed at all times. Please ensure you securely close the gate upon entering and leaving the park.

  • Leaving Before Time: To ensure smooth transitions between bookings, we kindly ask that all visitors leave the park 5 minutes before the hour to allow the next guests to enter.

  • No Alcohol: No alcohol consumption is permitted on the park premises.

  • Children Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to be left alone with dogs in the park.

  • Number of Dogs Per Session: The park allows up to 3 dogs per initial session. Additional dogs can be booked at a rate of £2 per extra dog.

  • Car Parking: Please do park within the designated area - which is opposite the Dog Play Park, within the wooden cladded area.

2. Health & Safety Considerations

  • Dog Vaccinations: All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments before attending the park.

  • No Sick or Injured Dogs: If your dog is unwell or injured, please do not bring them to the park. This ensures the health and safety of other dogs and visitors.

  • Hazard Awareness: While we maintain the park to the highest standard, owners are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times and ensuring they do not engage with any potentially hazardous objects or substances. At times there may be sticks, stones and other debris blown into the dog play park.

  • Water Availability: Fresh water is provided in the park, but we encourage owners to bring their own provision if they have specific needs.

3. Booking Terms

  • Bookings and Cancellations: All sessions must be pre-booked online via our booking platform. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance for a refund or to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

  • The Dog Play Park cannot provide a refund for sessions cancelled due to weather conditions within the 12-hour cancellation period.

  • Session Times: Each session lasts for 55 minutes unless otherwise specified. Please arrive on time and leave the park promptly to allow for the next session to begin.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards via our secure booking platform, using both Stripe and PayPal.

  • Late Arrival: Unfortunately, if you do arrive late for your session, we are not able to extend your session as someone may be booked immediately after.

4. Liability and Responsibility

  • Use at Your Own Risk: The Dog Play Park is a privately owned park. By entering the premises, you agree to use the park at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your visit, whether to dogs, people or your own belongings.

  • Dog Behaviour: You are solely responsible for your dog’s behaviour and any incidents that occur during your visit, including damage to property or harm to other visitors and their pets.

  • Waiver Agreement: By booking a session, you agree to waive all liability claims against The Dog Play Park, its owners, and employees in the event of injury, accident, or damage during your visit.

  • XL Bully Breed / “Banned” Breeds: We welcome all breeds at The Dog Play Park. We do ask that in order for your dog to be off-lead and unmuzzled whilst in our Dog Park, you must follow all necessary government advice on specific breeds (and possess all necessary exemption certificates and copy of third-party liability insurance - where appropriate).

5. Conduct

  • Respect for Others: Please respect other park users and their dogs. Any rude or aggressive behaviour towards other owners or staff will result in immediate termination of your session.

  • Off-lead Play: The park is designed for off-lead play, but owners must always supervise their dogs. Ensure your dog is familiar with basic recall commands before allowing them off-lead.

  • Treats and Toys: While we provide some toys and treats, owners are welcome to bring their own. However, any food or toys that cause conflict between dogs must be removed.

6. Privacy Policy

By booking a session, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle your personal data.

7. Updates to Terms and Conditions

The Dog Play Park reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately.
