Size: 1 to 3 acres.
Location: Accessible areas near residential communities.
Terrain: Flat or gently sloping land is preferable.
Woodland Considered: We’re exploring the option of a Private Woodland Play Park
Utilities: Access to water and electricity is beneficial but not mandatory.
Tenure: Leasehold (Freehold will be considered).
Terms: Up to £1000, per acre per annum.
