  • Terrain: Flat or gently sloping land is preferable.

  • Woodland Considered: We’re exploring the option of a Private Woodland Play Park

  • Utilities: Access to water and electricity is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Tenure: Leasehold (Freehold will be considered).

  • Terms: Up to £1000, per acre per annum.
